Dr. Jorge Garza has been a dermatologist since 2013, running a multidisciplinary clinic and research centre since 2015. He has knowledge in Environmental Health, having been a Research Fellow at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, along with knowledge of Surgery and Molecular Oncology following a research fellowship at Ninewells Hospital and Medical School in Scotland.
Dr. Garza graduated medical school with honours in 2004 from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, Mexico. His Ph.D. with Magna Cum Laude was completed at the same university in 2015. Dr. Garza is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, with the objective of implementing new trends in technology into the research centre’s processes, to improve their role in this industry.
Dr. Garza’s professional interests include immunodermatosis and chronic degenerative diseases as well as possible genetic therapies to be developed in the future for these conditions.
